Strategic Plan Progress Report . . .

	School-to-Work	We will develop partnerships with business and industry to include mentorships, internships, and youth apprenticeships.
	Community Partnership	We will energize and integrate all aspects of our diverse community into full support and implementation of the mission and goals. We will develop a program to promote parent/school interaction and cooperation to ensure academic and personal success of our students.
	Curriculum, Outcomes, Assessment	We will define intercurricular and intracurricular outcomes. We will develop varied evaluation procedures, which allow students to demonstrate mastery of the outcomes. We will develop student competencies necessary for grade advancement and a plan for remediation at every level.
	Organizational Patterns	We will examine the conditions, configurations, and organizational patterns, which are needed to support applied education.
	Staff Accountability	We will develop a program for teacher accountability related to student outcomes.
	Staff Development	We will establish a comprehensive results-based staff development program.
	Teacher Adviser/Esteem Building	We will help students make better choices by developing self-awareness and improving esteem. We will develop teacher-adviser programs at all levels.
	Technology	We will integrate state-of-the art technology into the learning process.
