Occasionally legitimate email sent to district email addresses doesn't
make it to you. Either the email just "vanishes" or the sender
contacts you saying that they are getting messages bounced back
indicating that the email could not be delivered.
If this happens to someone sending you email, have
them submit this form (http://www.dce.k12.wi.us/blocked).
This is, by far, the fastest way to get the problem addressed and
corrected. During a typical month the mail logs will often reach sizes
of over 15,000,000 entries. Without the information requested on this
form, trying to find the right entries can be nearly impossible.
You may want to have them double check the email
address first. When you receive a "blocked email" report, 90%
of the time it turns out to be that the sender had a typo in the email
address.
DCE employee addresses can be found here.

If mail you are sending from DCE to somewhere
else is getting blocked, please send the Network
Manager a copy of the "Blocked," "Bounced" or
"Rejected" notice email that you receive.
